Polygon Live LDN Volunteering Call Out!

Polygon Live LDN is the largest outdoor spatial audio event ever to hit the UK. For three days from 2 to 4 May 2025 at Crystal Palace Park in London, audiences are invited to listen to a world-class line-up of artists in cutting-edge spatial audio. Marvel as the music moves and as it syncs perfectly to the dynamic lighting above. With 5,000 tickets available each day, this is your chance to experience musical history in the making.

Polygon's volunteer team is the heart and soul of the event. We seek individuals with a positive, enthusiastic attitude who are eager to enjoy themselves while dedicated to hard work. This ambitious production requires passionate volunteers ready to immerse themselves in the experience. Whether you're looking to gain valuable skills or simply want to be part of something extraordinary, we want to hear from you!

CREATIVE TEAM 

​

Join our festival creative team and play a pivotal role in transforming our site into a stunning visual experience! For two full days leading up to the festival, you’ll collaborate closely with our creative production team, helping with the build and set-up. This hands-on position requires a strong work ethic and a flair for creativity, as you’ll be involved in dressing the venue, working with plants, wood working and other beautification tasks to bring our vision to life.

 

Prepare to roll up your sleeves and work hard to create an unforgettable atmosphere for festival-goers. Whether you’re crafting unique decor or assisting with logistical setups, your contributions will be essential in shaping the festival experience. If you’re passionate about art and design and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Minimum Commitment :  2.5 days, 14 hrs total

POLYGON LABS SHOP TEAM 

​

Are you passionate about technology and community engagement and enjoy the hustle of a festival trader? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help create an unforgettable experience at the Polygon Labs Shop! As a volunteer, you'll assist with merchandise sales and haptic vest rentals while sharing your knowledge about Polygon's innovative technology and rich history. You’ll be bringing a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with attendees, and ensuring the shop is clean and organized.

LIVE SPATAIL AUDIO PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP 

​

As a Production intern you’ll gain invaluable experience working on a cutting-edge live spatial audio stage, where your contributions will play a crucial role in the production process. This position is hard work, it involves setting up and supporting during live performances.  You will assist with stage production by moving props, operating equipment during performances, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. 

 

This internship offers hands-on experience in stage production while immersing you in the innovative world of spatial audio, giving you the opportunity to witness firsthand how this technology transforms the live music experience.  Join us and be part of a team that is shaping the future of live events!
